AdsOnVehicle ("we", "us", "our") operates auto rickshaw advertising services at adsonvehicle.com and related advertiser, admin, printer, and rickshaw partner applications.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

• Account details — name, email, phone number, business profile, and login/OTP verification data.
• Advertiser campaign data — campaign details, creatives, landing pages, placement choices, pricing, payments, and lead packages.
• Rickshaw partner data — driver name, phone, rickshaw number, location/area, profile images, placement access, UPI ID, verification status, and earnings records.
• Device and push data — app version, device identifiers you provide, and FCM tokens used to deliver notifications.
• Usage and operational data — assignment requests, install proofs, QR scans, payment ledger entries, and support communications.
• Lead and engagement data — information submitted by end users who scan campaign QR codes or interact with landing pages (for example name, mobile number, or other fields configured by an advertiser).

• Create and manage accounts, campaigns, and partner profiles.
• Verify rickshaw partners and process assignment workflows.
• Process advertiser payments and partner payouts (including rental and QR scan earnings).
• Send transactional messages such as OTPs, emails, and push notifications (for example assignment requests, payment received, and profile approval).
• Operate printing, installation, reporting, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• Improve product performance, security, and service quality.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We process personal information to provide contracted services, with your consent where required (for example OTP verification or optional marketing), and where needed for legitimate platform operations such as security, billing, and dispute resolution, subject to applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.

We may share information with:

• Service providers such as hosting, SMS (e.g. Kaleyra), email/SMTP, payment processors (e.g. Razorpay), and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Printers, operations staff, and partners only as needed to fulfill campaigns.
• Advertisers, for leads or scan/engagement data generated by their campaigns, subject to campaign configuration.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain account, campaign, payment, verification, and operational records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of account data subject to retention obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted transport where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

• Update profile and UPI details in the relevant portal or app.
• Disable push notifications in device settings; you can also unregister an FCM token through the app logout/token-clear flow.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law allows.

AdsOnVehicle is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Campaign landing pages or linked services may be operated by advertisers or third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version will be posted at /privacy with an updated date.
