Terms of Service

By accessing or using AdsOnVehicle ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to advertisers, agencies, rickshaw partners (drivers), printers, and other users of our services at adsonvehicle.com and related apps or APIs.

AdsOnVehicle provides outdoor transit advertising on auto rickshaws and related tools, including campaign booking, creative upload, placement selection, lead capture, printing coordination, assignment, installation proofs, earnings, and reporting.

Service availability, coverage areas, inventory, pricing, and timelines may change based on local supply, approvals, and operational constraints.

• You must provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, OTP access, and devices used to access your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

• Campaign requests are subject to our review, inventory checks, and final package confirmation before payment is requested.
• Estimates shown during campaign creation (including rental, printing, and lead package amounts) may change after admin review.
• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of creatives, landing pages, offers, and lead-handling practices.
• Creative content must not be illegal, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited under Indian advertising law or our policies.
• Payment, refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations follow the terms confirmed at approval and any written agreement between you and AdsOnVehicle.

• Drivers and vehicle partners must complete profile verification and provide accurate vehicle, identity, UPI, and placement information.
• Assignment requests may be accepted or rejected according to app workflows and campaign rules.
• Installed creatives must remain visible and properly maintained for the agreed campaign period unless otherwise instructed.
• Earnings, rental payouts, and QR scan payouts are subject to verification, platform fees or commissions, and payment schedules shown in the app or accounting records.

Advertiser payments may be collected through Razorpay or other processors we enable. Partner payouts may be made via UPI or other methods you provide. You authorize us to process amounts related to approved campaigns, packages, and credited earnings.

Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may delay campaign activation or partner payouts until resolved.

AdsOnVehicle branding, software, designs, and platform content remain our property or that of our licensors. Advertisers retain ownership of their creatives and brand assets, and grant us a limited license to reproduce, print, display, and distribute them for campaign delivery and related operations.

• Do not misuse the platform, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with service integrity.
• Do not use the platform to collect or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy or telecom laws.
• Do not submit false verification documents, install proofs, or earnings claims.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Audience reach, impressions, leads, and scan volumes are estimates or recorded metrics and are not guaranteed sales outcomes. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsOnVehicle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, leads, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a campaign is limited to the fees paid to us for that campaign in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at /terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
